Terms of Service

Welcome to Crossroads Counselling.

These Terms of Service outline the general terms under which counselling services are provided. They are intended to support a clear understanding of our professional relationship and should be read alongside the Privacy & Confidentiality Policy, Informed Consent, and Cancellation Policy.

Counselling Services

Crossroads Counselling  provides professional counselling services to adults throughout Australia via secure telehealth appointments.

Counselling is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and the navigation of life's challenges. While counselling can be highly beneficial, outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

Payment is required at the time of booking and is securely processed through Stripe. Crossroads Counselling does not store your complete payment card details.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for full details regarding notice periods and applicable fees.
